2. Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
• Projects typically require an advance payment to commence, with the balance due as per the agreed milestones.
• Prices are exclusive of any third-party costs (domain, hosting, premium plugins, ad spend) unless explicitly included.

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, you agree to provide required content, materials, access and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.

4. Revisions & Approvals

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your quote. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges. Once a deliverable is approved by you, further changes may be billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you. AS Enterprises retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Services

Some services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, payment gateways, hosting providers). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of these third parties.

7. Advertising Results

While we use proven strategies to drive results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from SEO or ad campaigns, as performance depends on factors beyond our control (market conditions, competition, platform algorithms).

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel a project mid-way, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

9. Limitation of Liability

AS Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
